It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete medical information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious risk to your health and may constitute a criminal offence. We will not dispense any prescription where we have reasonable concerns about its appropriateness or authenticity.
Prescriptions are non-transferable and issued solely for the named patient.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment systems.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays or public holidays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to the delivery address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided by you.
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medications, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety guidelines.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Consultation fees, where charged separately, are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed.
